1. What products do you sell under SculPtd?

We currently sell Pilates, barre, and yoga grip socks only. We do not sell bras, shapewear, or other clothing items, and we are NOT affiliated with any bra/clothing brand using a similar name. 

2. What makes SculPtd socks different?

Our Pilates grip socks are designed with premium non-slip silicon grip, breathable fabric, and a sleek fit to provide you with comfort, stability, style, and elevated performance on your every workout.

3. How do I know which size to order?

We offer multiple sizes with a stretch fit that adapts to your foot. A size guide is available on each product page to help you find the perfect fit.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! SculPtd ships within the U.S. and internationally (most European countries).  Shipping costs and delivery times vary by region and are calculated at checkout.

5. When will my order arrive?

  • U.S. First class standard shipping: 3–5 business days

  • International standard shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused products in their original unopened packaging.  Processing fees may apply.  Please contact our support team for additional return instructions.

7. How much is shipping?

We offer a flat rate for both U.S and International. We also offer Free shipping on orders over $79 within the U.S. and €79 for international. Standard shipping rates apply for smaller orders and international deliveries (see our rates at checkout). 

8. How do I care for my SculPtd socks?

For best results, machine wash cold and air dry. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners to preserve the silicon grip. Do not iron or dry clean.

9. Do you offer wholesale or studio partnerships?

Yes! We partner with Pilates studios, reformer & mat Pilates, barre, yoga, social influencers and retailers. Please contact us at hello@sculptdstore.com for inquiries.

10. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

We are a US-based online store serving customers worldwide (mostly US and most European countries). Our operations, payments and customer support are handled from the United States, while some fulfilment and website access may occur from Europe.

13. Is SculPtd a drop shipping-based brand?

Absolutely NOT. SculPtd sells real, physical Pilates grip socks — not digitally sourced, not generic, not drop shipped. Our products are stocked, quality-checked, and shipped directly from us to you through trusted fulfillment partners who meet our premium standards. What you see is exactly what you get — a carefully crafted grip sock designed for serious movement.
