Return & Refund Policy

At SculPtd, we want you to love your Pilates grip socks. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase due to quality or damaged item, we offer returns for refund within our specified timeframe.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted. Customers will be responsible for returning shipment fees. Restocking fee of 10% will be applied.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused – Socks must not have been worn or used
  • Original packaging intact – All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included
  • Hygienic condition – Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns of worn or washed socks

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Socks that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@sculptdstore.com or through our Contact Us page
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization – we will send you return instructions and a return address

Please do not ship items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking
  • SculPtd is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or defect

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved returns: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Rejected returns: Items not meeting return conditions will be sent back to you at your expense

Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please:

  1. Return your original item following the process above

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us immediately. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.
